The Perfect Pout in a Box contains everything you need to get rid of dry and flaky lips that may leave them less smooth than you like. Inside this kit, you get the Brown Sugar Lip Scrub, Lip Slip and the Sweet Clay Lip Mask, all in 0.5oz. sizes. The formulas are all paraben, gluten and cruelty free products.

The first product that you start with is the Sara Happ Brown Sugar Lip Scrub. This is a lip scrub that has a delicious fragrance and nice texture. I found that it wasn’t too greasy, sticky or too full of clumps. It did the job of helping shed that dead skin quite well. The lip scrub has some wonderful oils and extracts such as grape seed and jojoba oils, sunflower seed extract among its ingredients, but it does have less than desirable petroleum.

The Lip Slip is a treatment lip gloss with plenty of a shine. It has a somewhat thick consistency and is a bit sticky, but your lips will appreciate how soft and supple they become. I wore it to bed and woke with much better condition of my lips.

Sara Happ Sweet Clay Mask was a different experience for me. This product has bentonite clay that you hardly think of putting on your lips to condition. It has a peppermint quality to it also due to a herb called swertiamarin for repairing the surface.

The Sweet Clay Mask is a bubble gum pink color that does dry with a tingling sensation. According to the directions, you can leave this stuff on anywhere from two minutes to overnight. However, I gave it ten minutes before using a wet wash cloth to remove it.

What I observed is the product does seem to smooth and swell the volume of the lips a bit in the process. I can’t tell you I noticed how much it actually repaired, but it does plump up the lips and soften.
